The Anchor Health Foundation is an independent charitable organization founded to support hospice and palliative patients and their caregivers. The foundation is dedicated to raising funds necessary to provide our families with extraordinary needs that extend beyond the borders of the traditional hospice benefit. Anchor Health Foundation supports both our adult and pediatric hospice program. Some of the funding interventions the foundation has provided include fulfilling a final wish, covering travel expenses to bring family members together, special event tickets, anniversary celebrations, art classes, pediatric treatments, and many other items that bring pure joy to our patients.
